The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrique, where the wine ages for 18 months. The ageing in bottle is of 12 months.
Colour: Very intense ruby red with violet hues.
Fragrance: characterized by the combination of fruity notes, such as blueberry, black currant, blackberry, and hints of spice and vanilla due to the aging in barrique.
Taste: full body, with great structure. The tannins weft is very dense and the same tannins are soft and silky. The intense aromatic persistence is very long.
