Sangiovese 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Merolt 20% di Marco Dell'Eugenio Rosso rubino a trama piuttosto fitta, di buona consistenza. Al naso è un’esplosione di frutta rossa, accompagnata da note vegetali di sottobosco umido. Molto piacevole la nota balsamica, quasi mentolata che alleggerisce e dà finezza all’olfatto. In bocca si manifesta immediatamente avvolgente e vellutato, su una nota vanigliata ben integrata. Bella trama tannica: fitta, fine e pulita. La freschezza sorregge molto bene il gusto. Con il tempo ritorna la nota vegetale. Buona struttura, buona corrispondenza gusto-olfattiva e buon equilibrio. Davvero una bella bocca! Finale abbastanza lungo giocato su note amaricanti. Consuelo "Siamo rientrati in giornata dalla nostra breve vacanza a Suvereto- agriturismo Gualdo del re. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: l'appartamento messo a disposizione era ampio e ben arredato, bagno impeccabile, compresa la biancheria favolosa ( le spugne erano una coccola unica!), cibo abbondante e cucinato bene, con qualche piatto locale rivisitato in chiave moderna. Vino di produzione ...provare per credere! Personale accogliente e simpatico. Siamo contenti di aver scelto ...voi e loro! Un saluto e un grazie. In the case you do not agree to our handling of your personal data at point 2) you can still go ahead with your booking request.
d) In accordance with the procedure laid down by the law, we will file your information on both paper and our IT system.
